the condition that distinguishes organisms from inorganic objects and dead organisms, being manifested by growth through metabolism, reproduction, and the power of adaptation to environment through changes originating internally.
Animate ... reproduction? Adaptation? Stick an animated character into a situation, they are effected by the outcome. A game of creating the perfect creature? Evolution? Might be too much like Spore...

Method: Addition
Addition
Expand.. what am I expanding? Adding? Enlarging... Is it the idea of using the 3D Printer? What is my goal? To model beautiful creatures and environments... I don't want to use Augmented Reality for everything. I do want... no NEED to have my SIP project be very interesting to me. The best way to do this is using a dragon somewhere in the process. Maybe a screen buddy? Design a dragon and print it then have sensors that can tell where a finger or hand is touching? Have it animated on the screen like a pet, walking or sleeping on the screen as I surf the web. Pet it, feed it... /shrug

Methods: Repetition, Combination, Addition
Repetition
3D modeler 3D modeler Zbrush Zbrush sculpting sculpting painting life grass growing imitate life how things grow.
Create a base, garden, of some sort... Use "packets" made from printer ... use AR for a camera to register. Watch things grow on screen in real time or fast paced. Virtual Plant. Use tools made from modeler like maybe scissors or even REAL scissors to change the plant's world.
Combination
Dragons, homes, furniture, living, wings, legs, arms, heads
Toy figure. Anonymous parts of figure have sound types attached to it. Putting different pieces together creates an interesting animal call, grunt, greeting. May have two pieces of info: Sound of ____ and a habit. Thus generating what this creature would do based on its pieces and where those pieces are located.

Model->Dragon->oriental->Japanese->language->program->stuffed animal->teaching software
Language buddy. A programmed stuffed animal that is actively aware of its surroundings. Will talk to the child, help teach it the names of things around it in the chosen language. Child can ask it questions about the language, it will respond. Aimed towards ages 3-10. Basic language skills.

Evolve
There is so little time. Time does not exist. It is a created counter that humans depend on. Without humans there would be no time, no calculation as to when winter will come or when the flowers will bloom. Without humans there would be so much colorful life. But isn't a human life the same? When you minus all their possessions, their jobs, their work, their cost, their everything... Each and every peice becomes life. In the true world there is only the living and the earth.

Why?
There are moments when you wonder simply, "Why?" Why am I taking so much effort? Spending so much when I have so less. Do I need what I want?
Enter Strain of Thought stage right:
Looking outside my window I see darkness where there could be light. Where hopes and dreams would filter through this hypocrisy. What if I created a world where images and minds filter through... no they ARE filtered?
If pies are cut into eight even slices and there are only seven people in the gathering, who gets the last piece? Do most assume that the fattest of them all swipes the piece when gorging down his own? Or do they realize that he is on a diet and that eating his first piece is truly eating him away from the inside. Dissolving his resolve. Destroying his ego, his self-esteem. Could he survive the ongoing stares? Would he escape? What if life could tell a story in another light. By revealing the darkness overshadowed by light. What if. What if what if what if what if... so many questions so little answers in our world. They say the best questions are answered with more questions... or is that true? no the best but the most worth while questions that really turn the tides of any civilization.

The Beginning
As with all things there is no beginning or end. Only a continous yet never ending cycle of creation and destruction. Which of course I contridict my own title of my post. But nevermind that.. please, join me in the exploration of my mind into the depths of innovation.

Certainly with my future in animation, I wish to bring joy and wonder to children and adults-alike. I wish to return adults to when they were younger, when their imaginations took them places they never thought of before.
How many people wish to live on Pandora... so many I'm sure. I certainly wish to strip myself from this highly technical and stale environment and fly on top of a "banshee".
Let's see where we can fly.
